What I love most about my job is making sure the team enjoys the experience because no matter how stressful production can be, doing it with a smile and checking on everyone along the way is second nature to me.

By the way, I’ve also co founded OU, an independent collective of women producers. We act as support system for each other and are able to take on multiple projects simultaneously .
