Sophie is the founder of the Yoga Mama Club where she organises retreats that resemble her: relaxed, fun, French and no - non sense.
After randomly bumping into an article about her company, I felt the need to reach out to her. I guess her story of quitting a comfy PR career in Paris and moving to a tiny little Greek Island spoke to me back then, especially given the fact that I had just I quitted my own comfy job in Amsterdam and was considering relocating to a tropical island!
So back in 2019, I offered her my time in any way that she would see fit because I just felt that we needed to connect. One thing lead to another and we ended up becoming friends.
In 2020, Sophie became the Astro Mama!
We started developing workshops together in Amsterdam with the White Door Studio. During the lockdown, I help her out with social media strategy as well as different content creations.
Nowadays, I support Sophie with her business decisions, finding the right partners for her to help her grow and focus on what she does best.
We are also now working on planning the 2022 Yoga Mama Retreats and I will come in person to support her in Sifnos.
